Customers
are responsible for the cost of shipping from Goshindo Karate
Inc., Calgary, Alberta to their location.
Goshindo
Karate Inc. is not responsible for transit losses, lost
packages, and/or damages of the merchandise during shipping.
All claims for shortages or concealed damages due to incorrect
packaging must be made to Goshindo Karate Inc. Please contact
Goshindo Karate Inc. within 3 days if there is a problem
with the order you received. All returns and exchanges
must be made within 2 weeks of your purchase. No return
on books or DVD.
Unopened
products can be returned for a full refund/credit of the
purchase price. Products must be in 100% condition in original
packaging. Products must be shipped back to Goshindo Karate
Inc. at the customer's expense. All merchandise must be
insured properly by the customer. Refunds will be issued
upon receipt of the returned products. Shipping charges
cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly and
get lost or damaged when returned, we cannot grant refunds.
All shipping
charges for exchanges or returns are paid by the customers.
Prior
to returning the item, please contact us so we can confirm
the return.
Goshindo
Karate Inc. uses Canada Post to deliver items ordered.
We use the regular parcel or the expedited parcel services
to ship our merchandise and to keep shipping cost as low
as possible. On demand, we can ship Express post or priority
services. We can also ship merchandise by the shipping
company of your choice.
